Terms of Service
The terms on which administrators, nurses and patients use the RehabCare system.
Last updated 23 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to everyone who signs in to RehabCare, whether as an administrator, a nurse or a patient. By using the system you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not sign in.
2. What RehabCare is
RehabCare is a record keeping and coordination tool for a home nursing service. It helps staff schedule visits, record assessments, assign rehabilitation exercises and follow reported pain between visits.
RehabCare is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Automatic flagging of pain entries is a prompt for a nurse to make contact. It is not a clinical judgement and must not be relied on as one.
3. In an emergency
Do not use this system to report an emergency. If you or someone else needs urgent help, call 999 or go to the nearest hospital. Entries recorded here are reviewed by a nurse during working hours and may not be seen immediately.
4. Accounts
- Accounts are created by the nursing service. You may not create one yourself.
- Keep your password private. Do not share an account with another person.
- Tell the service immediately if you believe someone else has used your account.
- The service may deactivate an account at any time, for example when a patient is discharged.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to access records belonging to another person, interfere with the operation of the system, upload harmful files, or use the system for anything other than the care it exists to support.
6. Information you provide
Please record information honestly and accurately. Clinical decisions may be influenced by what is entered here. Information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Google Calendar
Connecting a Google account is optional and can be undone at any time from My Account. When connected, RehabCare adds your own care reminders to your own calendar and removes them if a reminder is withdrawn. Availability of that feature depends on Google's services, which are outside our control.
8. Reminders
Reminder emails and calendar entries are a convenience, not a guarantee. Delivery depends on mail providers, internet access and correct contact details. Do not rely on a reminder alone for medication or for attending an appointment.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the system available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Access may be paused for maintenance, hosting issues or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Liability
The system is provided as a tool to support care delivered by qualified staff. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the system in place of professional clinical judgement, or from a reminder that failed to arrive.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always shown on this page with the date it was last changed. Continuing to use the system after a change means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
